WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED?
*The river trip covers the full 32km of the Gorges de l’Ardeche from Vallon Pont d’Arc to Saint Martin d’Ardeche. It consists of two days of paddling with an overnight camp in the gorge (bivouac) and includes 30 white-water rapids.
Your Itinerary
You will go directly to the river start location in Vallon (recommended time 10am) where they will have your booking ready and will send you on your way for your first day. This is planned for a 13km trip -(if you arrive late then you will still be able to do the 8km trip). You will be collected at the end (stop 6) and returned back to the start. You can then make your way to the campsite for your night there.
The next morning head back to the same start location to start your two-day trip with bivouac. You will be able to confirm with the company directly whether you want to go back to where you finished the first day or start directly from Vallon. If starting directly from Vallon then you will re-do the 8km section that includes the Pont d’Arc.
When you finish the river trip on Saturday you will be collected and returned back to the start by about 6pm.
You can check in at the campsite anytime between 1pm and 8pm on your arrival day and will need to check out by 10:30am on the morning of your departure.

The cost for this option will vary depending on the number of nights you want to stay. The price is the same for the unguided river trip with overnight camp plus the cost for your selected accommodation.
COST FOR YOUR HOLIDAY

Staying 2 nights in total – 1 night at the campsite in Vallon plus the overnight camp (bivouac) as part of the river trip.
You will NOT keep your pitch whilst on the river trip.
You will provide your own camping equipment for both nights.
