The two-day UNGUIDED river trip with overnight camp (bivouac)* – Fri 4 & Sat 5 August 2023
Includes: sit-on-top kayaks (singles or doubles), paddles, buoyancy aids & waterproof barrels (55l)
National park fees (bivouac tickets)
Return transport back to the start after your river trip
OPTIONAL EXTRAS:
Option: Camping equipment for the duration of your stay – 2 nights (if selected at booking)
Includes: tents, sleeping bags & self-inflating ground mats

*The river trip covers the full 32km of the Gorges de l’Ardeche from Vallon Pont d’Arc to Saint Martin d’Ardeche. It consists of two days of paddling with an overnight camp in the gorge (bivouac) and includes 30 white-water rapids (grade 2).

Your Itinerary

You will go directly to the reception of the campsite where they will have your booking ready and they will show you your pitch (they will also have your camping equipment ready for collection).

You can check in at the campsite anytime between 3pm and 8pm on your arrival day and will need to check out by 10:30am on the morning of your departure.

GORGE GETAWAY: CAMPING

The cost for this option will vary depending on the number of nights you want to stay. The price is the same for the two-day unguided river trip with overnight camp plus the cost for your selected accommodation.

Staying 2 nights in total – 1 night at the campsite plus the overnight camp as part of the river trip.
